1. 3D Modeling

3D modeling is the process of developing a mathematical coordinate-based representation of any surface of an object (inanimate or living) in three dimensions via specialized software. In this step, 3D artist build a 3D model according to 2D idea drawing or shape sketching.

2. Texturing or UVW mapping

UVW mapping is the process to adding and positioning the color, graphics, texture onto 3D model. In the process of 3D modeling, the 3D character model itself have not been assigned the data how the colors and graphics putting on the 3D model.
